You don’t need another plan you can only follow when life is calm 😭

As a BCBA and fitness + nutrition coach, I’m always looking at more than just what you “should” be doing.

I’m looking at the behavior around it 👀

Why do you keep starting over?
What makes the gym feel harder to follow through with?
What happens after you miss one workout?
Why does nutrition suddenly turn into all or nothing?
What in your environment is making consistency harder than it needs to be?

That’s the part I care about.

With FitwHarm, you’re not just getting workouts and nutrition guidance. You’re getting help figuring out what is actually getting in the way and how to build something that works for your real life 🫶🏽

That might look like:

✨ making it easier to get started
✨ changing your environment so it supports you
✨ building routines that are actually realistic
✨ adjusting the plan when life gets busy
✨ creating accountability without feeling micromanaged
✨ learning how to stay consistent without needing a “perfect” week

Because knowing what to do and actually being able to do it consistently are two completely different things.

You do not need to keep starting over every Monday, every new month, or every time life gets chaotic 😭

We can figure out what keeps breaking down and build from there.

Built through consistency, not perfection 🤍

If you’re ready for personal training + nutrition coaching with a behavior change approach, DM me “FIT” 💌 or fill out the FitwHarm quiz in my bio.

If you keep “starting over,” I don’t automatically think you need more discipline 👀

Usually, I want to know what keeps happening right before things fall apart.

Was the plan too complicated?
Did your schedule change?
Did missing one day turn into “I’ll start again Monday”?
Did you make the goal way too hard to maintain?

That matters.

At FitwHarm, I want to figure out what keeps breaking down so we can build something that actually works for you 🤍

Because a plan you can only follow on your best week is not a very useful plan 😭

We’re aiming for something you can come back to, adjust, and keep moving with.

Your daily teaspoon of behavior science: reinforce what you want to see more of. 🥄✨

Reinforcement is one of the simplest ways to make a behavior more likely to happen again, and it matters just as much in fitness as it does anywhere else.

1️⃣ Stop waiting until the “big goal” to celebrate.
Finished the workout? Packed your lunch? Took the walk you planned? Those are behaviors worth reinforcing now.

2️⃣ Figure out what actually reinforces YOU.
Maybe it’s checking off your workout, listening to your favorite podcast while walking, getting a new gym outfit after a month of consistency, or simply noticing how much stronger you’re getting.

3️⃣ Reinforce the behavior, not perfection.
You don’t have to hit every macro, complete every workout, or have a perfect week to make progress. Reinforce yourself for following through on the behaviors you’re trying to build.

Your environment teaches you every day.

When healthy behaviors consistently lead to something meaningful, satisfying, or enjoyable, you give yourself a reason to keep doing them. 🤍

That’s the FitwHarm approach: less relying on willpower, more understanding the behavior and building systems that support it.

Welcome to August 🩷

A new month can feel motivating, motivation is temporary.

What actually helps is creating systems that make the next healthy choice easier.

That can look like:

✨ setting your workout clothes out the night before
✨ attaching a new habit to a routine you already have
✨ tracking consistency instead of perfection
✨ making your environment support the behavior you want

You do not need to completely reinvent yourself this August.

Start with one system you can realistically repeat.

What is one habit you want to make easier this month? 👇

Most people don’t lose consistency because they lack discipline 🧐

They lose consistency because they’re trying to repeat the exact same routine, even when life changes

Consistency isn’t doing the same workout at the same time, eating the same meals, or following the perfect schedule.

Consistency is continuing the behavior 🔁

When your schedule changes, your strategy should change too.

➡️ Reduce response effort.
➡️ Choose the smallest version you can follow through on.
➡️ Reinforce yourself for adapting—not for being perfect.
➡️ Remember that returning after a missed day is part of consistency, not proof that you failed.

Protect the behavior. Adapt the routine.

That’s how habits survive busy seasons, moves, new jobs, vacations, and real life.

If you feel like you’re constantly “starting over,” it might not be motivation, but a behavior design problem.

Take my free “Why Do I Keep Starting Over?” assessment (link in bio) to identify what’s getting in the way of your consistency and learn which behavior-based strategies can help.
