🚨Adult pickleball starts this Saturday the 6th at 11am. Players must be 16 or older. Price is $40 per player. Player must supply their own paddles. Anyone interested please come to the Northwood Temple Gym at 11am for sign up and open practice.

🚨It’s GAME DAY devotion for both games will be done by Coach Pittman.

At the conclusion of each player’s final game, we will have a short gift presentation for all athletes.
•Thursday- Astros will receive gifts
•Friday- Both teams will receive gifts

🚨⚾️Due to today’s weather/field conditions, today’s Tball match (Royals @ White Sox) has been canceled and postponed until Friday at 5:30pm.
Game for Thursday (Astros @ Royals) will be played at 6pm as scheduled.

Remembering Sacrifice, “Living with Purpose” (Memorial Day Observance)

2 Timothy 2:3-4 (NLT) "Endure suffering along with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus!" Memorial Day calls us to remember those who gave their lives in service to others. Their sacrifice reminds every generation that freedom is never free. While we honor them, we are also reminded of our own calling as spiritual soldiers. The battles we face may not look the same, but they are just as real. God has equipped us with everything we need to stand firm in faith.
Older generations carry stories of sacrifice, while younger ones are learning what it means to stand with courage. Together, we carry the responsibility to live with purpose and gratitude. Let us honor their legacy by faithfully fulfilling our own assignment.

Due to field conditions, ponding around first and pitchers mound, and more inclement weather pending throughout the day, all Tball practices have been canceled for today.

Last games for the season will resume on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. More information about those last games and small award ceremony afterwards will be emailed out later tomorrow evening.

As we continue through the final weeks, we do want to remind everyone to please encourage our athletes NOT to slide into bases during games or practices. The ground has become extremely hard, and we want to prioritize the safety of all players and help prevent unnecessary injuries.
