DISCIPLINE

Greatness is not built in one game. It is forged through the small decisions we make every day.

Discipline means arriving prepared, listening to instruction, practicing with purpose, caring for our bodies, and completing the work—even when we do not feel like it.

This week’s challenge: Choose one area where you can become more consistent.

Daily work creates game-day confidence.

Happy National Coaches Day to the men and women who pour so much into our Silverhawks!

Our coaches do far more than teach a sport. They build confidence, demand discipline, encourage growth, create opportunities, and help shape young athletes into stronger teammates and leaders.

Every practice. Every game. Every correction. Every word of encouragement. Every extra hour.

Your impact matters.

To every coach who has stepped into The Forge and invested in our athletes and families — THANK YOU.

You are a major part of what makes the Silverhawks special.

One Team. One Standard. Forged for Greatness. 🦅🔥

INTEGRITY

Integrity means doing what is right—even when nobody is watching.

It is telling the truth, honoring our commitments, following the rules, and representing our team with character. Talent earns attention, but integrity earns trust.

This week’s challenge: Make the right choice even when the easier choice is available.

Right choices build lasting character.
