With live ABs coming up next week we wanted to talk mentality before going into the at bat. Learning from teammates on what the sequence was like. The pitchers go to pitch in certain situations, and what to expect and when to expect it. The small things like mental at bats can help tremendously before even entering the box. Giving yourself a plan of what to look for and eliminate during your at bats creates success for yourself. The takeaway is to be prepared, watch what is happening in other at bats, and stay aggressive in your approach. #5starhitting #mentality #approach #baseball #hitting
