Trying to bulk on a budget can be difficult and trust me as someone who has to eat a lot to put on any size I understand
_

I tend to lean towards nutrient and calorie dense foods that won't make me feel super full or bloated
_

Breakfast usually contains straight egg whites with turkey bacon and a bagel for those carbs, then I move on to snacks which is always a tasty protein shake and a banana or other high carb fruit, lastly dinners and lunch are a variation of steak and potatoes or chicken and pasta. Oh! And don't forget the occasional anabolic pizza💪🏽
