Another weekend in the books! 🥎 We finished 1-3, and while the record wasn’t what we came for, there was still plenty to be proud of. Shorthanded Saturday and playing with the minimum all day certainly presented some challenges, but these girls battled from the first pitch to the last. We had stretches where the bats were rolling, the defense was locked in, and we got some really good work in the circle — we just couldn’t consistently put all three phases together at the same time.

But that’s exactly why we’re playing in the fall. We’re learning, figuring out who we are, and getting better every time we take the field. There are no moral victories at this point, but beating the team that eventually won the tournament certainly shows what this group is capable of. The talent is there. The fight is there. We’ve seen it in pieces. Now it’s about putting it all together consistently. We’ll get there. 💪🥎

A HUGE thank you to Macy C. and Amelia A. for jumping in and helping us out this weekend. We really appreciate you both! ❤️

And a big-time shoutout to Arizona M., who absolutely LAUNCHED one on Saturday for a home run! 💣🥎🔥 Congrats, Zona!

And finally, to our parents — thank you. For five years now, you’ve given this team countless hours of your time, and this weekend was no different. We were a little shorthanded, and once again, without hesitation, you stepped up and did what you’ve always done.

There really is no price tag you can put on that kind of commitment. Year after year, tournament after tournament, you continue to give your time, your energy, and your support to these girls and this organization.

And your reward? We ask you for more.

Yet, as you have for the past five years, you continue to step up and deliver. We notice it. We appreciate it. And we couldn’t be prouder to have a group of parents whose generosity and selflessness have become such a huge part of this team and its family.

You’ve never needed an incentive to show up for our girls. You simply do. And that means more to us than you know. Thank you. ❤️

Back at it this weekend! A little short-handed, but we’re going to go out and put in that work!

🥎 FIRST FALL TOURNAMENT. NEW 15U ROSTER. HARDWARE RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. 🥈🐾

First action of the fall in Davison with our new FFP 15U roster, and the girls came ready to compete!

With just one full-squad practice due to other fall sports and activities, we knew there might be some early miscues. Instead, the girls battled from the first pitch and finished pool play 2-0 with wins of 9-8 and 5-3.

Seeded #2 with a first-round bye, we came out firing Sunday with a 9-1 semifinal win to earn a spot in the championship game.

The championship started rough as we dug ourselves an early hole, but this group never quit. The bats came alive, and the girls fought all the way back in a slugfest before falling 13-9 to finish as tournament runners-up. 🥈

3-1 on the weekend and a runner-up finish in our first tournament as a 15U team. We couldn’t be more proud of how these girls showed up and competed.

There’s plenty to work on, and getting everyone together consistently this fall will be a challenge, but the foundation is there. Right now, it’s all about getting reps, getting better, and learning how this group plays together.

A BIG shoutout to Arizona M. for launching an absolute missile of an OTF home run to center field! 🚀💣

And congratulations to Grayson, selected as the tournament’s Fan MVP by the tournament director! He cheered us on all weekend and helped award the girls their medals. Thanks, Grayson!

🥎 BACK AT IT! 🥎

After a well-deserved summer break, our FFP 15U girls were back together this weekend — putting in a couple hours of work on the field before finishing the day with a pool party/team builder to get reacquainted the right way. Huge thanks to the Knox family for hosting! 🙌

We’ve got a busy fall and winter ahead of us, and these young ladies showed up ready to work.

Will we face some adversity over the next few months? Absolutely. But this group has shown time and time again that they’re up for the challenge, and we have no doubt they’ll rise to it again. 💪

The fall is our opportunity to see where we are as a team — build on our strengths, identify areas where we need to improve, and get better every time we step on the field.

Our first tournament is just a couple weeks away, and we can’t wait to get back out there!

Good things ahead for this talented group. Let’s go, FFP! 🧡🖤🥎
