PART 2 — The Team Behind It

None of this happens without the right people in your corner. 🙌

Massive thank you to our sponsors who made Bridge the Peak possible — your support took this event to another level and we are beyond grateful.

And a special shoutout to Blank Sports Nutrition for setting up a full hydration tent for our athletes — having that support on site meant everything when competitors were running on empty and needed to dig deep. That’s the kind of partnership that makes events like this actually work.

To every judge who gave their time, every spectator who screamed their lungs out — you are part of this community too. We see you. 🖤

Bridge the Peak 2027 will be coming.🏔️🔥

BRIDGE THE PEAK PICTURE RECAP 🏔️ ⚡️PART 1

The athletes delivered‼️

The competitive fire was REAL — athletes pushing limits, partners locked in, and a crowd that refused to let anyone quit. This is what happens when you build a community that actually shows up for each other.

Shoutout to our incredible judges and spectators — you were LOUD, you were locked in, and you made every rep feel like it mattered. That energy is what separates an event from an experience.

This is just the beginning. See you next year — bigger, better, and even more electric. 🔥

Whiteboard Wednesday 🧠⚡️

This week we’re breaking down the Power Pyramid and why athletic development starts from the ground up.

⬇️ Mobility & Stability: creating the foundation for efficient movement
💪 Strength: building control and force production
🚀 Power: applying that strength explosively

Power isn’t built by skipping steps. Better movement creates better athletes.

Training Tip Tuesday: Box Jumps ⬆️💥

Box jumps are more than just jumping onto a box. They’re a test of power, coordination, control, and athletic movement. The goal isn’t just height… it’s how efficiently and explosively you move.

In this week’s tip, we break down:
• Why box jumps matter
• Proper jumping mechanics
• How to generate force safely
• Why quality reps matter

Master the movement first, then build the height. 🚀

We are what we repeatedly do.

Brick by brick.
Day by day.

Keep building fam.

Let’s kill these 3 performance myths for good 👇

Myth 1: More weight = better performance

Being strong is just one piece of the puzzle. You need to be able to express that strength. Performance is built through quality reps, proper loading, and progressive overload with purpose — not ego lifting.

Myth 2: Any training works if you work hard enough.

A bodybuilder and an athlete are built differently on purpose. If performance is your goal, you have to train for it — movement patterns, energy systems, and all.

Myth 3: More is always better

Your body adapts during recovery, not during the workout. The best athletes know when to push and when to pull back. Rest isn’t weakness — it’s part of the program.

Train smart. Recover right. Perform at your best. 💪

Bridge the Peak · June 13th, 2026 🏔️

7,000 feet. 9 stations. One clock. You and your partner vs. everything.

This is a full-body partner competition — one works, one rests. No Olympic lifting, no advanced gymnastics. Just raw effort from start to finish.

800m run → sled push → burpees → row → thrusters → ski erg → tire flips → assault bike → reverse sandbag lunges. Both partners cross the finish line together or not at all. 🤝

Three divisions — Co-Ed, Gold, and Platinum — so every level has a place to compete.

Cross that finish line and you’ve earned a cold Historic Brewing beer, pizza & wings from Alpine Pizza, and a full afterparty at Peak Performance Cryo & Recovery — cryo, cold plunge, Normatec boots, and live music from 12–4PM. 🎉

All of it for $65/person. That’s competition entry + recovery + food + drinks + live music.

⚠️ Early Bird ends May 1st — price goes up after that.
