5 Daily Yoga Stretches to Benefit Your Golf Game ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธโ›ณ๏ธ

1. Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasanaโ€“Bitilasana)
๐Ÿ“Œ Start on hands and knees
๐Ÿ‘€ Inhale: Arch your back, lift your head and tailbone (Cow)
