5 Daily Yoga Stretches to Benefit Your Golf Game ๐งโโ๏ธโณ๏ธ
1. Cat-Cow Stretch (MarjaryasanaโBitilasana)
๐ Start on hands and knees
๐ Inhale: Arch your back, lift your head and tailbone (Cow)
๐ฌ๏ธ Exhale: Round your spine, tuck chin and tailbone (Cat)

Improves spine flexibility & rotation
2. Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
๐ From hands and knees, lift hips to form an inverted V
