Congratulations to our cross-country and track sprinter, Braylen Roberson!!! 💪🏼

Week 3 Northwest
Class 3A: Wilson Warriors RB Braylen Roberson: Roberson had 5-Carries for 195 yards and 2-Touchdowns (That’s 39-Yards per Carry) he finished the night with 212 total yards of offense as the Warriors improved to 2-1 blanking Elkmont 49-0.

The Wilson Warriors Cross Country team is ready to hit the trails at the Chickasaw Trails Invitational at Oakville Indian Mounds!

🏃‍♂️💙 WARRIORS SHOWED UP ON THEIR HOME COURSE! 💙🏃‍♀️

The 2026 Wilson Warrior Cross Country Invitational was a TREMENDOUS success! With 31 teams and more than 500 runners, this was our biggest and best Warrior Invitational yet!

Even with the excessive Alabama heat, our Warriors battled through and represented Wilson well! 💪

A few highlights from the day:

• 🏆 Varsity Boys – 4th Place Team Finish
• 🥈 Luca Brekke – 2nd Place, 17:59.9
• 🔥 Carsen Borden – 6th Place, 18:59.5
• Alexis Bennington led our varsity girls with a 24:42.1
• Our younger Warriors also took on the 2-mile race, gaining valuable experience for the future!

But this meet was about so much more than results. Hosting 500+ runners from 31 teams takes an incredible amount of planning, preparation and teamwork. THANK YOU to our coaches, parents, volunteers, sponsors, workers, spectators and everyone who helped welcome runners from across the area to the Warrior Reservation!

And most importantly—congratulations to ALL of our Wilson runners! Competing in that heat took some serious Warrior grit! 💙🤍

31 TEAMS. 500+ RUNNERS. ONE INCREDIBLE DAY.
