With over 11 years of experience as a personal trainer and more than 7 years as a group fitness instructor, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. My areas of expertise include coaching collegiate co-ed cheerleading, speed and agility training, and strength and conditioning tailored for athletes.
