Touch Rugby 101 — Part 5: Out of bounds 🏉

Run or step out of bounds with the ball, and it's the other team's ball — same as most sports.

We mark the field with cones so the boundaries are obvious. Ball goes out, the other team restarts, and we're playing again in seconds.

That's the full tour — you now know enough to play. Next step: come use it. 🏉

Touch Rugby 101 — Part 4: Scoring a try 🏉

To score, carry the ball across the goal line and touch it down on the ground. That's a try — worth 1 point.

No goalposts to aim at, no kicks. Just get the ball down over the line and celebrate with your team.

Then we start again and go. See you Sunday, 6 PM at Elvie Perazza Briggs Park — free, all ages.
