In the face of circumstances beyond our control, people often resort to a range of destructive behaviors that compromise their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being in order to relieve pain and reduce stress.
Change those destructive habits. Instead, be even more mindful to eat well and stay hydrated, exercise—do something physical, take deep breaths and meditate, and get good sleep.

1) Be Confident: You were given the Job because you have talent and experience. Trust Your Instincts
2) Be Decisive: Don't take to much counsel of your fears. Be thoughtful, but not paralyzed by indecisiveness
3) Be Passionate: Show your team you care about them and about the mission
You are all part of a great team for a reason: Be Confident, Decisive and Passionate”

It’s so good when men take charge of their own health… their temple; spirit, heart, body and mind! 🙌🏼🩸🔥🙏🏻👊🏼
Here is a health testimony from a brother:
“Four months ago, I went through a series of health issues within a 2 week span. I was passing kidney stones while experiences severe gout attacks and the flu. It literally all hit me at once. I was physically emotionally mentally and spiritually drained. I was feeling aged, heavy, defeated, unmotivated and just out of it. I was at my heaviest weight in decades. I was overindulging in food/drinks and working out very little. I was always out of breath doing physical activities. I struggled to carry luggage or groceries without feeling like I just ran laps. I just didn’t have the strength or conditioning I once had. I understood that I was no longer a young man, but it really brought into perspective that I am battling against time, oxidation; stress, laziness, gluttony, discipline and really my own self. It wasn’t going to get easier but in fact become more challenging the longer I waited. My doctor said if you don’t want to take medication or have other health issues then “you need to lose weight”…My wife was actually the one that began the health journey first, she was the disciplined one taking classes, doing recovery, red light, cryo, watching her nutrition, taking proper supplements, studying and researching while I sat back and just sulked in my unhealthiness and became slightly resentful rather then supportive.
But one day it provoked me, I needed to want better for my life also. I was falling into a dark hole physically,emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I felt disconnected and decided to rededicated myself to the Lord in my time with Him, taking classes on healthy emotional communication, studying healthy habits, studying business ventures my wife and I have had, working out and getting back into martial arts and breaking unhealthy habits. I just soaked up the world and everything in it…and it spit me out feeling just busted and wore thin.
So in the last 4 months, I have lost 20 lbs. cleaned up my eating but occasionally grubbin good on vacations lol. Fasting and praying. Doing kickboxing with my wife and daughters. Feeling just a lot stronger and more conditioned. I haven’t had any kidney stone or gout flare ups in those 4 month…hoooowever I think this last trip, I may have overdone the seafood and red meat and felt something funny in my knee. 😳 👎🏾(Yes possibly Gout) so got back home and jumped right back on course and symptoms dissipated pretty quickly. Lessoned learned… so with all that, I encourage you to get back on that horse if you fell off…, or if you have never started, then start today.
Set a goal for yourself, get disciplined and let it turn into desire. It is never too late to start new healthy habits and break old ones. Have faith in yourself, but most of all in the Lord who gives you strength to do what seems impossible, and guidance to get through those difficult days which will come... Let Him light up your path and see where He will take you. 🙏🏽🔥

Your view of you drives everything you do. How do you see yourself? What beliefs of yourself has kept you from your heart’s desires?
Said another way, what you believe determines how you behave and the things you accomplish, or don’t accomplish. This is especially true when it comes to the things we believe about ourselves. This is why understanding how you see yourself is a really big deal. Because everything you do flows from what you think of you.
