One of the hardest but most important things we have to learn how to do in baseball is controlling the controllables.

Most athletes plateau because their training has plateaued.
I hit that point myself — stuck at 91 mph and not seeing the weightroom transfer to the field.
So, I changed the way I trained.
I focused on explosive power, sprint speed, rotational force, and athletic output.
The result:
• In game PR of 91MPH → 96 MPH
• Dropped .3 in my 60
• Became stronger, faster, and more explosive

Big season incoming for ⚡️ He absolutely busted his tail this offseason and can’t wait to see what he achieves!
Couple of big PRs from 8th graders Will and Chase in the last couple of weeks!
Will hit 2 massive PRs of 83.8 MPH on pulldown (+18.3 since February 2025) and 76.5 MPH on the mound (+15 since February 2025) both of these set the youth record on each category!
That was until Chase last week decided to take the top spot from Will with a mound PR of 76.8 MPH (+11.2 since July of 2025)
Excited to see these two dominate this season!⚡️

Couldn’t be happier for Seb with this massive PR! He hit 90.2 MPH on pulldown (+12.7 MPH) 🔥
Excited to see this 2028 arm continue to rise and dominate some hitters this spring! Bigger things to come ⛽️ ⚡️

Connor had a massive PR last night topping out at 99MPH on pulldown 😳😳 he’s now up 18 MPH since November of 2024!
This came a day after wearing a fastball to the dome. CK may have a little Happy Gilmore in him or maybe it’s the secret to throwing fuel 🔥

Huge congrats to Noah for joining the 90MPH club!⚡️⚡️
Noah has been absolutely crushing the offseason so far with another couple of massive PRs! He hit 90.3 MPH on pulldown (+11.8 MPH) and he topped out at 86.1 on the mound (+11.7 MPH) 🔥
Excited to see this 2028 arm continue to rise and dominate some hitters this spring ⚡️
