Cloudy Maxwell, but that sun came up before the end. We got it early to miss most of the wind and red flag warnings.

It’s was one of those cold drifted snow mornings that remind us these trail workouts require some mental flexibility and emphasize that we’re training by effort not pace. Our knees, ankles and hip flexors did some bonus work as well.

I tried to catch the northern lights and I’m not sure I managed it, but I did see some runner’s lights.
