As these end of year holidays wrap up, I’m missing my sisters but so grateful for our day of golf ⛳️ back in October.

In all reality life has been crazy, headspace has been up and down, and I’m human just like the rest of y’all. The good news is, it’s starting to feel like the fog is lifting. 🐶 June and I are loving our outings again, even if I wear her out 🤪

This: is Daddy Bird. 🖤 I have a little family of magpies who have claimed the territory surrounding the gym and they visit daily. 😍 If you know me, you know I’m an animal lover. It’s pretty special to have the gym such a great space for my clients and the wildlife 💚

I’ve learned that hiding, in any sense of the word only brings on heartache, despair, loneliness, and the list goes on. 🤍✨

These Aunties are incredible 🖤 The health and wellness portion of our sessions each week are such a highlight ✨ The yarns we have and the breadth of understanding bestowed upon me and my sweet bubs are what cross culture and community is all about. 🤍 📸 .powell
