We just received an update from Jeff Sipes at Bandimere Speedway regarding the condition of facilities manager Larry Crisp. The accident occurred this morning during track clean up. Larry was using a propane tractor which uses an open flame to heat the track in order to scrape excess rubber off the surface. One of the fittings on the propane hose came loose and started a fire. Larry was able to get away from the tractor, however he did suffer 3rd degree burns to his hands as well as second degree burns on his legs, head and arms. He will likely stay in the burn unit for a couple weeks during recovery. Words of encouragement and prayer have come in from across the country in support of Larry and his family during this difficult time. We wish him a quick recovery look forward to seeing him again soon.

We received an email this morning informing us that Larry Crisp, facilities manager at Bandimere Speedway, was hospitalized after a fire during the clean up stages of this weekend's Street Tuner Mayhem event. Larry is highly regarded as a national expert in race track prep and maintenance. His work has made Bandimere Speedway one of the nations finest drag strips. Larry was taken to University Hospital in Denver this morning after the incident and is being treated for burns. At this time he is expected to make a slow but full recovery. We would like ask all our fans to keep Larry and his family in their thoughts and prayers. It is an honor to perform at Bandimere Speedway and to work with the amazing staff they have like Larry Crisp.

come join us this weekend in downtown Fort Collins for the annual realities ride presented by realities for children. realities for children is a charitable fund for abused and neglected children. They are estimated to set a world record for attendance and participation in this year's rally. come be a part of the fight against child abuse and enjoy live music, food, bike show, Car Show, strongman competition, tattoo contest, fireworks display, and of course our stunt shows. attendance to the downtown event is completely free. donations to the charity may be made at the rally. SL will be performing on Saturday at 1:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 8:30 p.m..the 8:30 p.m. show will feature a pyrotechnics display followed by the headline band right in downtown square.our performance area will be located at the corner of Walnut and Linden, at the T intersection just north of the square.
