Save this quick and easy high protein breakfast for when you’re short on time! ⏰
If you don’t think that you have time for a healthy breakfast, then this post is for you. There is no cooking required, and can be put together in less than 60 seconds!
✨ 410 Calories, 34g Protein, 40g Carbs, 13g Fats, and 4g Fiber
This has been my daily breakfast for the past few weeks and I love the low effort it requires. You can also keep it fresh with little variations, like adding hot sauce to the eggs, swapping the orange for an apple, or mixing in some jelly with your cottage cheese!

I am SO excited to announce the launch of my business, Feel Good Fitness!
When I was struggling desperately with anxiety, there was one thing that I knew I could always do to improve my mood: exercise. However, most of the exercise resources I found seemed to revolve around achieving a certain physique, and this was completely unrelated to my movement motivation.
I created Feel Good Fitness so women who are looking to improve their confidence can be provided with educated resources and support that prioritize how their body feels, rather than how their body looks.
This business is dedicated to a personalized coaching experience that takes into account the whole person when creating workouts, guiding nutritionally, tracking habits and communicating frequently. With most of the training taking place in the app, it is convenient and easy enough for an 81 year old to follow.
