Congrats Michael Richardson on another great race at the San Diego 1/2 marathon. Using the race as a training run and build up to a spring marathon in 5 weeks, he nailed the race pacing and objectives.

One thing Michael has done exceptional well during our time working together is he consistently takes “the long view” with his training and not rushing the process. This has led to him setting lifetime PR’s from 10K to the marathon and sprint to Ironman distances in triathlon.
