I spent so many years feeling like my body was a "problem" that needed to be solved. I felt like every symptom was a betrayal—as if my biology had just decided to quit on me. 🛑

I need you to hear this, because it took me a long time to believe it myself: Your body is not broken. 💛

When we shift the environment—focusing on blood sugar stability, our natural sleep rhythms, and the stress load we carry—the "information" our body receives changes. And when the inputs change, the outputs begin to change, too.

I used to get so frustrated when I’d make progress, only to feel like I’d taken two steps back a week later.

I thought healing was supposed to be a straight line. Up and to the right. Done and dusted. 📈

But the more I listen to my own body—and the more I work with others—the more I realize that healing is actually like peeling an onion. You work through one layer (maybe it’s your sleep), and suddenly you realize there’s another layer underneath (like your gut health) that’s finally ready to be seen. 🧅

It’s not a setback. It’s a deepening. 🌿
