in 2026, dena will run the new york city marathon in honor of 26 women affected by assault, violence, or harassment while running.

after surviving assault herself while running, dena created running mate to help women feel safer, supported, and connected on every mile. now, she’s taking that mission to the streets of new york city. 🌆

she is also raising funds for , an organization helping make running more accessible and empowering for women around the world. 🌎
