1. Not only are these lounge cushions comfortable, they may also be utilized as floats.
2. Super Schmooze Lounge Cushion zippers should be coated with paraffin wax to prevent salt corrosion on a regular basis.
3. Inflate the air bladder evenly; lift the backrest up to its highest setting, the lounge cushion should conform at the bend. When the end user is laying or sitting on the Super Schmooze Lounge Cushion they should never be able to feel the bottom decking of the Surface. Do not over inflate, ( 50% to 75% ) the air pressure must be allowed to circulate to compensate for weight distribution and comfort. The Super Schmooze Lounge Cushion also allows the immediate level of inflation desired by a simple portable hand air pump. Human weight varies substantially from a child to an adult; the inflation of the lounge cushion may be customized to support the weight for the desired level of comfort. 4. Zip up lounge cushion cover sealing the air bladder within the lounge cushion.
5. When washing lounge cushion covers, unzip and remove the air bladder (MAC ). These cushion covers may be cleaned in a washing machine under a gentle wash cycle. A mild, non-bleach detergent is recommended.
6. Remove lounge cushion covers from washing machine, insert air bladder, and dry naturally. Never put lounge cushion cover in a dryer. Once the cushion covers dry, apply more paraffin wax to zippers. One of the best ways to keep Sunbrella fabrics looking good and to delay deep or vigorous cleanings is to properly maintain the fabrics. This can be accomplished by simply brushing off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, wiping up spills as soon as they occur or spot cleaning soon after stains occur. When it’s time for a thorough cleaning, they can be removed for cleaning in a washing machine or dockside. When cleaning Sunbrella fabrics, it is important to observe the following:
1. Always use a mild detergent such as Woolite or Dawn dishwashing liquid.
2. Water should be cold to lukewarm.
3. Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue.
4. Air dry only. Never apply heat to Sunbrella fabrics. If stubborn stains persist, you can use a diluted chlorine bleach/detergent mixture for spot cleaning of mildew, roof run-off or other similar stains (see our Stain chart for specific recommendations). Heavy cleaning for stubborn stains and mildew
Sunbrella fabric does not promote mildew growth, however, mildew may grow on dirt and other foreign substances that are not removed from the fabric. To clean mildew, or other stubborn stains:
1. Eight ounces (one cup) of chlorine bleach.
2. Two ounces (1/4 cup) of mild detergent.
3. One gallon of water.
4. Clean with soft bristle brush.
5. Allow mixture to soak into the fabric for up to 15 minutes.
6. Rinse thoroughly until all detergent residue is removed.
7. Air dry.
8. Repeat if necessary.
9. Re-treatment of fabric for water and stain resistance will be necessary. Small punctures may be patched with a standard vinyl patch kit available at most pool supply stores.
