This practice is for ALL levels - NO Matter - where your on your journey

This class is the perfect way to unwind from the week and connect with nature.

We are the only ones that question our purpose, our birth right, our existence. We stop short of telling those we love deeply that we love them... we stop short of being FULLY present for we are too occupied dwelling in the past or future...

We stop short of being in LOVE without expectations because we fear getting hurt.

We run far from ourselves because FEELING is scary so we prefer illusions. And, we become so attached to them that we endure suffering when they fall apart.

But, the beauty in this all is when when we release our grasp and LET GO ... we step into a FREE falling FREEDOM. This freedom is so sweet and simple... it gives us the wings 🧚🏾to be FULLY alive & present.

We step into infinite wisdom, infinite possibilities, infinite beauty, infinite LOVE... we step into a BOUNDLESS place. ♾
