So you can share your legacy with the next generation. - You must treat the body rigorously to discipline it to the mind's WILL. - You don't have to do anything for God to redirect your life. - When your blessings are getting closer your attacks become greater, stay alert and in prayer!! -Blessings are an opportunity to grow and increase in gratitude. I praise the mighty name of Jesus for allowing me the hard times. So that I can speak to you in Truth!! 🔹Touch tight defending is tight and very close pressure with slight to extremely arm and hand usage.

This DEFENDING IS NECESSARY ON THE TOP LEVEL TO AFFECT THE PLAY, ESPECIALLY AGAINT VERY AFFECTIVE AND TALENTED PLAYERS LIKE

On the that HIGH level,

Defenders will only allow attackers to Jump uncontested,

♦️When they are absolutely sure and secure behind them
- meaning the attacker heading the ball has no support behind, in the direction the ball will logically go.

♦️If the defender can’t get there in time and have arrived late...

♦️If there is instruction from a TRUSTED VOICE behind...
- Trusted voice meaning a team mates voice you absolutely know.
