I realized today when I was taking a class at YJ today that when I feel my best- everything else aligns. I work out harder, I show up fully, I wake up more energized. If you asked me a month ago if I was stressed, I would have said “a little” and laughed it off. Now that I’m here- wow- I was SO stressed. Thankful for these recent opportunities that have helped me feel lighter. Anyways - come take my class ! 💕💕💕

They say when one door closes, another one opens ! Beyond excited to share that I have officially accepted a remote general manager position with AKT corporate ! It has been a seriously wild week but I am truly thankful & excited to see where this journey leads me ! 💕🥰

Truly- there are not enough words ! I am so very proud and humbled by my time at AKT! To the trainers , the clients, and the classes ! We did it! I am So honored to be the person that employed over 8 dancers & promoted 2 women to management positions. I put my heart & soul into this company & I am exited to see what doors open for me next . Thank you AKT / & especially - you are a FORCE and it was lovely to work alongside you, on to the next 💕💕💕

These pictures reflect my recent changes in habits & routine but what I’m most proud of lately is my sober curious lifestyle change- the fine print there is definitely flexible for me personally & Im eager to see where it takes me.
