What is handstand fitness? The use of specific exercises and body line drills to improve getting into, balancing, and exiting the handstand.

Handstands are most commonly seen throughout Gymnastics, Acrobatics, Break-dancing, Circus Arts, and most recently in Yoga and Crossfit.

This skill requires strength, flexibility, and mental focus. The exercise technique you use to improve your handstand skill will vary depending on your fitness level.

The exercises in this Handstand Fitness workshop will ensure to improve your fitness while you have fun exploring your newly found balancing skill!
