Last Saturday, we traveled north to Sarasota County Fairgrounds & Robarts Arena to compete in our first tournament of the season, at the Taekwondo Grand Prix-Sarasota! We left it all on the mats.🏆

Last Saturday, we traveled north to the Sarasota County Fairgrounds & Robarts Arena to compete in our first tournament of the season, the Taekwondo Grand Prix-Sarasota! Our young athletes have been working hard and showed up ready! What was really great seeing (and hearing) was all the support these athletes had for each other. They fought hard individually and as a team! 👏👏👏

On the left was Phoenix at the Taekwondo Grand Prix in 2016 and on the right is 7 years later, same tournament. What a transformation, right? 🤯

What a fun Parents' Night Out!

We started off with some delicious pizza from McGregor Pizza & Deli Co. Then it was time for a BIG adventure! The kids really enjoyed the swamp buggy ride... and the s'mores! 😁

We hold Parents' Night Out on the last Friday of every month, AND it's open to the PUBLIC!

We will be announcing October's PNO soon... stay tuned! 👀

Saturday mornings are for putting in work! 💪 🥋 With our first tournament of the season next weekend, these guys are putting in the work to be ready! Always earned, never given.

This position is a great fit for a high school or college-aged student. Someone who has an interest in early childhood education and would like to help guide and mentor a group of 20 Kindergarten through 2nd-Grade students after school!

Responsibilities include helping with homework, creating STEAM challenges, and having fun!

This team member must be patient, creative, energetic, and a positive influence on our children. 

Hours: 3 pm to 7 pm Monday - Friday

We follow the School District and County Officials' guidance and will also be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, August 30.

Taekwondo United & GardenHouse Academy will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, August 29.

We will continue to follow Lee County's Emergency Operations Center and The School District's decisions about school operations for Wednesday, August 30.

Take your first step into Taekwondo by signing up for our risk-free 2-week trial.

This trial allows new students to participate in any classes they are eligible for during the 2-week period. There are no limits to how many classes students may participate in. Students may wear any clothing that they are comfortable working out in.

Come show your support for our students who are leveling up! The next belt test is this Saturday, August 19th from 10am to 12pm.
