Tomorrow. 9am. Holmlund Courts! 💪🏼

Time to win some cheesecakes and make some friends!! 🕺🏻

✨FRIDAY ✨

We will meet at 9am at Holmlund Basketball Courts in Dogwood. Location pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/cuoQAoJgRGGrr9Wa7?g_st=ipc

Class will consist of 4 sets with a transition set between each one. It will last for about an hour which includes a warm up and a cool down.

Bring with you: a water bottle, a mat and some weights. If you don’t have a mat or weights please still come! We will have some spares for you to use. Children are all welcome, just make sure you keep an eye on them and bring some extra water and snacks to keep them cool and full!
