Every team needs that coach who keeps things loose, and Coach Dre is exactly that guy. ⚾️😎
He’s our chill-out coach, but don’t let the calm vibe fool you. Coach Dre brings the perfect balance of keeping the boys relaxed while still being aggressive about the good side of the game, confidence, mindset, and believing in yourself.
When a pitcher starts getting in their head on the mound, Coach Dre is the one who’ll pull them aside, have them take a deep breath, reset, and remember exactly why they’re out there… because they’re the best and they’ve got this.
And when the tournament grind hits, 5 games in two days, tired legs, and big emotions, Coach Dre shows up with the jokes, the dancing, and the laughs that keep the dugout light and the boys smiling. Before you know it, they’ve forgotten they’re exhausted and they’re ready to go again.

Leadership makes the difference, and Coach Robby Thompson is the heart and glue of this team. ⚾️💙
His philosophy is simple: “You bring the energy, and I won’t have to.” And these boys show up ready because they know their coach believes in them.
Less than a year ago, our team faced a moment of uncertainty. We didn’t know what the future would look like. That’s when Coach Robby stepped up. He didn’t hesitate. He took the reins, believed in these boys, and started building something special.
Since then, this team has been underestimated again and again—but Coach Robby never lets them forget who they are and what they’re capable of. He pushes them past their limits, past what they think they can do, and into what they’re truly capable of.
More than anything, he believed in them before anyone else did. And that belief? It changed everything.
That’s what makes a strong leader, a solid mentor, and an incredible head coach.
We’re grateful for you, Coach Robby, and the way you pour into these boys on and off the field. 💪⚾️

Coaches make the difference, and Coach Chase Roberts is one of those coaches who truly brings the fun! ⚾️🙌
In the middle of the grind, the competition, and the fight on the field, Coach Chase is the one reminding the boys why they started playing in the first place… because baseball is supposed to be FUN.
Win or lose, he keeps the energy high, the smiles big, and the dugout full of laughter. One of the coolest things? Every single player has their own special handshake with Coach Chase. Chase Roberts🤝 It’s those little moments that make a big impact and build memories these boys will never forget.
We’re lucky to have coaches like Coach Chase pouring into our kids and reminding them that the love of the game always comes first. 💙⚾️

🔥 MVP OF THE WEEKEND: ASA ZIMMERMAN! 🔥
Every team needs that player who steps up wherever the team needs them… and this weekend, that was Asa Zimmerman!
Asa came out swinging and batted strong all weekend, putting the ball in play and helping drive the energy for the team. But what truly made him stand out was his team-first attitude. No matter the moment, Asa showed up with a great mindset, positive energy, and the kind of hustle every coach loves to see.
When the championship game got intense and our catcher needed to move to the mound to pitch the final inning, Asa stepped up behind the plate as the backup catcher without hesitation. That kind of versatility and willingness to do whatever the team needs is what baseball is all about.
Because of his strong bat, incredible attitude, and clutch willingness to step in wherever needed, Asa earned our MVP of the Weekend!
Way to go, Asa! Your team is proud of you! 👏⚾🔥

These boys came ready to WORK this weekend and it paid off in the best way possible — 850 UNITED 9U ARE CHAMPIONS! ⚾️🥇
After battling their way through pool play and winning back-to-back games today, our boys stepped onto that field for the championship game with one goal in mind… FINISH THE JOB.
And that’s exactly what they did.
In an exciting, hard-fought championship game, 850 United 9U defeated Panama City Prime 9U with a final score of 9–7 to bring home their FIRST CHAMPIONSHIP! 🙌⚾️
Big hits.
Huge defensive plays.
Heart in every inning.
These boys showed what it means to fight for each other, trust their coaches, and never quit. The energy, the teamwork, and the determination were unreal to watch.
To our players — you earned every bit of this moment.
To our coaches — thank you for believing in these boys and pushing them to be great.
To the parents and fans — the support in the stands means everything!

After battling through pool play on Saturday and finishing in 2nd place, these boys showed up today ready to WORK.

850 United vs. Crestview Dawgs 9U
Our boys came out swinging and took the win 18–4.
⚡ Game 2:
850 United vs. Hurricanes 9U
Another tough matchup, but the boys stayed locked in and grabbed the 12–7 victory.
That’s two back-to-back wins today and a ticket punched to the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. 🏆
These boys are playing with heart, grit, and straight-up energy. Proud of the hustle, the teamwork, and the way they’re backing each other up every play.

🎃⚾ Scared Hitless Tournament Weekend! ⚾🎃
What a weekend for our 850 United 9U boys! 🙌
They came out of Saturday pool play UNDEFEATED — winning both games for the first time ever! 💪🔥 Even more exciting, they took down one of their toughest rivals, the 9U Wave, for the very first time! 🥇
Sunday, they battled hard against the Eagles to earn their spot in the Championship game. Despite the rain, cold, and pure exhaustion, they fought with heart and left it all on the field. 🌧️💙
While they couldn’t quite hold off in the final, they finished 2nd overall, earning Finalist rings and proving just how far this team has come. 💍💪
The team is beyond thankful for their incredible coaches — Robby, Dre, Chase, and Bryan — who pour their time, heart, and leadership into these boys every week. 💙⚾ Their passion and guidance make all the difference!
Proud is an understatement — these boys showed grit, growth, and teamwork every inning. 🧢⚾
