Good morning guys. I am excited to take you on an adventure with me. I really love exercise. It just feels so good. One thing about me is I'm prediabetic and I was scared/still scared of becoming diabetic.. I am working on lifestyle balance
In the next several weeks.1) I want to help us find time to get physically active. 2)How to ask for what you want at a restaurant. 3)Going to discuss things to Keep around you at home and work.4) get rid of things that disrupt u from losing weight.5) stop negative Thoughts and replace with positive ones 6) help us get back on our feet again when we mess up 7) how to handle stress social events and other people who make it hard to lose weight
First step in weight loss is to know where we are starting from and reduce your body weight by 7%. Hop on a scale and see the numbers I are starting at 280
Take your current weight X 0.93
(280 x 0.93) What does that equal ? mine in 255.5
255.5 is my new goal weight aka -7% body weight
So take Start weight - goal weight=x
280- 255.5= 24.5lbs
Week 1 goal is to walk 2.5 hours of activity . Example take a 30 min walk 5 x per week write it down and write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink Mon - Friday and what time example below

WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY
Good morning guys . This year I even put myself on a weight loss Journey I started Jan 1st
Jan 1st at 280 lbs
Jan 6th at 276.4 lbs -3.6 lbs
Jan 13th at 275.0 lbs. -1.4 lbs
Jan 20th at 276.0. +1.0 lbs
Weight loss is HARD guys . If it were easy to do everybody would do it. As you can see weight loss is not all straight lines it like exploding fire works.
I wish I could say " If you Eat Healthy you'll lose weigh"t or "If you Just work out you'll lose weight "
Both are truth of Some sort. It's like marriage. You both have to give a100% for it to work effectively You have to communicate with each other. It's ok to mess up to argue but don't go to bed angry you get up and try again . Weight loss each new day is a day to try again. You drink a pop you have a bad day just try again. To fail- is first attempt in learning
No- nother opportunity impossible - is I'm possible

You are going to be ok!
I have put together some quick tips for those who aren’t sure how they are supposed to navigate this weekend’s beautiful - I mean unholy - cold weather.
- Wear real shoes. Your flip flops will have to fend for themselves for a few days. They will be okay.
- Socks! Wear them. Preferably with real shoes. Still a no on the flip flops.
- Put the doors back on your jeeps
- Consider pants. The extra fabric may feel a tad foreign at first, but you gotta power through.
- Stock your fridge now. Publix will be closed. Assume a record number of employees will Call In Dead. They’ve never been this cold before, and will believe they have passed.
- There is a setting on your HVAC (Heating, ventilation, air conditioning) unit that makes it blow out warm air. Use it. Look for a little fire symbol or the word H E A T
- There is also a similar function for the ac in your car…
- Umbrella. Use an umbrella if you do venture outside. Not for rain, it will help you avoid head injuries caused by frozen iguanas 🦎 falling from trees. Those suckers are heavy.
- Wash your hair now. You’re not going to this weekend. Perhaps pick up some dry shampoo on your way to pick up the last pub sub of the week.
- Take deep breaths, you got this. No deep breaths on Saturday though. You’re lungs aren’t used to air that cold. They will collapse… best hold your breath until Monday
