For high achieving professional women who want to reduce alcohol consumption by 80 percent--you don't have to quit. Get happy, not sober. You don't have to quit.

It's not about the alcohol. Do you drink more than you want to? My name is Colleen Kachmann and I'm the world's first intuitive drinking coach. I work with high achieving, professional women to reduce alcohol consumption by 80 percent. Because alcohol isn't the problem--any more than razors are the problem for people who cut themselves. You're bored, stuck and overwhelmed. All at the same time. An

You can’t shame your way into drinking less.

High-achieving women who over-drink don’t need more willpower because when they learn to manage their minds, taking alcohol or leaving it starts to feel natural.

My program is $9,800 for a full year, and no, I won’t soften that number.

Here’s what most people miss about high-achieving women who drink too much: you’re not drinking to get drunk, you’re drinking for relief from the pressure you carry for everyone in your life.

The drinking isn’t the problem, it’s the symptom of your lifestyle. A cheap fix might help you drink less or feel like you solved it, but every reason you started drinking will still be there.

If you’re ready to become the woman who can take it or leave it, the link is in my bio.

I often have women ask me if they should just quit drinking. But quitting doesn’t actually solve the problem. It just attempts to fix the symptom.

And if you quit, you’re just as stressed, anxious, and wired as you were before. But now, you no longer have your favorite coping mechanism.

Next time you wake up hungover, and feel the need to beat yourself up for it, I’m here to remind you:
You SHOULDN’T punish yourself for overdrinking. And here’s why:

Telling yourself that drinking is off limits makes it MORE likely you want to drink. Or, at least, you’ll feel like you’re punishing yourself for bad behavior, which makes it feel worse…

You can control your drinking. You do it when you drive, when you work, when you have to behave around certain people.
You only lose control when you feel like you can get away with it.

The urge to escape comes from constantly being on and never giving yourself a break. That’s when your brain hits override: “F*** it. I might as well keep drinking.”

Hangovers are a message from your body: you’re running on a deficit.
So cut yourself slack. Stay in bed, take a walk, make yourself a complete meal.

Treating your body with kindness and self-care makes it more likely, not less likely, that you drink in control next time.

If you want to learn how to drink mindfully so you can stop after just a few, give me a follow and schedule a free call at the link in the bio.

When you struggle to control your drinking, that’s not a high tolerance. That’s your brain getting really good at ignoring what your body is trying to tell you.

The women who struggle with their drinking are the same women who constantly think, plan, and push through discomfort. When you learn how to regulate your nervous system, you stop needing alcohol to do it for you.

Most people think insider buying is a cheat code. 99% of insider purchases are noise, not an indication of where a stock is headed.

The edge isn’t finding these buys, it’s filtering out the thousands that don’t matter.

For 15 years, I drank every single night.

Still, each morning, I’d get up, run my business, raise my kids, and teach hot yoga.

But behind the curtain…

I was on my last legs. My nightly bottle of wine (at least) was the only thing that could get me to relax.

But I didn’t drink because I didn’t care…

I drank because I cared TOO MUCH.

I worried about my clients, my family, my never-ending to-do list. I had no off switch and no way to slow down. So, I did something insane…

I went sober for three years. And I thought I felt better. At least physically. But mentally? I was more miserable than before.

And I learned a very important lesson:

I never had a drinking problem. I had a thinking problem. I had no idea how to give myself a break and alcohol was my solution.

So, I began on a new journey…

I created a community of hundreds of high-achieving women who want to get HAPPY not SOBER.

Most high-achieving women who drink too much don’t have a willpower problem. They have a stress problem.

The goal shouldn’t be white-knuckling sobriety, it should be becoming someone who can genuinely take or leave alcohol.

If you want to make that possible, click the link in the bio.

Alcohol isn’t the thing that’s keeping you stuck. It’s your beliefs about alcohol

The more shame, guilt, and anxiety you pile on, the harder it becomes to reduce your drinking.
