Progress-forward or onward movement toward a destination. It looks different to each individual, but you can’t have it without a goal. Down 16lbs, and at 30% Body Fat. My Goal weight is 200. Short term Goal is 225. I like to break up my goals so that I can celebrate even the smallest of victories.
