“What model do I need for my gun?”

This is the question to ask before buying any compensator.

Vantage Point Armory comps are model-specific.

That means you need to match the comp to the firearm and, when applicable, the exact weapon light the comp was designed around.

Before ordering, check:

Firearm make.
Firearm model.
Generation or variant.
Rail style.
Caliber.
Weapon light model, if required.
Holster setup.

A comp designed for one handgun may not fit another, even if the guns look similar.

The best setup is the one that is actually compatible with your firearm and how you use it.

When in doubt, send us a message with your firearm and light setup.

You don’t need to change everything to improve control.

“Why does the weapon light matter?”

For our light-mounted compensators, the light is not just an accessory.

It is part of the mounting system.

The compensator mounts to the compatible weapon light, and then the light/comp assembly attaches to the firearm through the light’s mounting interface.

That means the correct light is required.

For example, some of our light-mounted models are designed around specific SureFire X300U-A or X300T-A style lights.

If the light is not compatible, the comp will not mount correctly.

That is why we always recommend checking the exact product listing before ordering.

Firearm model matters.
Light model matters.
Mounting style matters.

Compatibility is everything.
