He rode in Denmark at the Korup Riding School and under Nils Ravn and in the US under Kim Carey, Huntington Ridge Farm and has competed all over the US. Michael specializes in teaching his riders to become "effective riders". He has much experience in bringing youngsters along to the top level. Michael is an avid rider, and has successfully shown in many Grand Prix events over the years. Many of Michael's students have several top placings in the regional and national hunter/jumper "A" and "AA" show circuit. A disciplined training program for both horse and rider can be rigorous, but has proven successful. His training methodology demands respect yet is delivered in a caring and supportive way ensuring success. His experience and eye for the makings of a high caliber horse has been proven successful through many of the horses he has imported over the years. Michael prides himself in offering top quality horses at a reasonable price.
