Pancha Prana Mudras involve the five types of Prana, or vital forces, in yoga:
Prana-Vayu: Represents the inward movement of energy, controls breathing, and nourishes the body and mind
Apana-Vayu: Outward moving energy
Samana-Vayu: Digestion and assimilation
Udana-Vayu: Energy of the head and throat
Vyana-Vayu: Circulation of energy
Practicing these will enhance the flow of energy in the body.
