Starting the week off nicely.

Nice way to end the week. Nice easy run followed by my 3rd swim this week. The swim was the 1st time since Boulder in June 24 that I swam 2000 yards. I finished with 2500 today. Training is coming along.

2nd swim this week. It’s been over a year since I’ve done 2 swims in a week. It’s also the first time I was able to do sprints. Left arm will be a little sore tomorrow, but today I’ll let the good times roll.
