Fins played a great weekend, going 3-3, falling to the eventual champions in our 3rd bracket game!

✌🏼 Hadleigh Conrad for turning an inning ending double play by catching a line drive at 3B and throwing to 1B Mack Lindelien catching the runner @ first before tagging up!

Fins are taking the field in Wabash this weekend! Pool play tomorrow at 9:30am vs Landsharks with our second game at 11am OR 12:30pm.

On Memorial Day we celebrate our freedom in the United States and remember the countless service men & women who sacrificed their lives - so that we could be free. THANK YOU!

But where did this selfless example come from? Galatians 5:1 says, “For freedom Christ has us free…”

Jesus paid the ultimate price to rescue us from our sins and in doing so, gave us the true example of love and what it means to “lay one’s life down for his friends” - John 15:13.

Grateful for the cross and the act of love that changed the world forever and still transforms hearts today!

What a fun weekend! We played some great teams, going 1-1-2. Every team and coach was receptive to prayer and our love for Jesus! Our athletes boldly led prayer with their opponents and circled up in prayer with each other many times! The energy was up and there was so much laughing, bonding, and encouragement!

Our defense was 🔥 fielding 95%, committing only 5 errors across all 4 games!
Our pitchers #1 Makayla Ketchum, #21 Claire Delgado, and #10 Hannah Blotkamp threw an average of 57% strikes, allowing only 24% of batters getting hits and 74% of that was weak contact!

EVERY player got a hit this weekend, with a team average of .326 🙌🏽
