If you’ve reached out to us about renting equipment for your team/organization, please contact us ASAP so we can begin ordering equipment if needed, as we will not be able to work with every organization. Team fittings will begin June 3rd, and deposits must be paid at the time of fitting. This helps ensure all equipment is in stock before July 1st.

If your kiddo’s size is available at the time of fitting, you can pay the full rental fee and deposit and take the equipment home the same day. A deposit is still required at fitting if you plan to pick up equipment by July 1st. With that being said, you can pay the deposit at fitting and then pay the remaining rental fee when you pick up the equipment on July 1st.

Please message us for more information if needed. We will still rent to individual walk-in customers, but team orders will receive first priority.

Phoenix Sports Gear will officially begin Equipment Rental Fittings for the 2026 Fall Football Season starting June 1st!

Get your athlete game-ready early and avoid the stress of trying to find quality equipment at the last minute. We’ve got you covered with top-of-the-line, up-to-date football equipment for the season.

A non-refundable $75 fitting/reservation fee is required to reserve equipment for the season. This fee will go toward your total rental balance at equipment pickup.

Please Note:
If fitting is completed, equipment is ordered/reserved, and the rental is later canceled, the $75 reservation fee will remain non-refundable.

Adult-size and premium brand equipment may require a larger rental fee and refundable deposit depending on availability and model requested.

Spots will fill quickly for the fall season, especially for premium and adult-size equipment, so don’t wait until the season starts.

Beginning this Fall Season, Phoenix Sports Gear will be moving to a nearly full rental program with approximately 90% of our helmet and shoulder pad inventory dedicated to rentals for youth football players and teams.

With football equipment prices continuing to rise and kids constantly outgrowing gear, our goal is to make sure every athlete has access to safe, updated equipment at an affordable cost.

If you’re needing a solid black or white football helmet for the season, we’ve got you covered. Parents can rest assured knowing their athlete will be fitted in quality, up-to-date equipment from brands such as Schutt, Riddell, Xenith, Douglas, Champro and more.

We will still carry select used helmets, shoulder pads, and football equipment in-store for customers looking to purchase gear outright, but our main focus this season will be helping players and organizations through our affordable rental program.

Phoenix Sports Gear will begin official in store equipment fittings starting June 1st. We will also continue reaching out to teams and coaches throughout the surrounding areas with additional information regarding our Fall Rental Program.
