Assisted Stretching 🤩

As many of you know, I’ve battled with depression most of my adult life, and after a couple days of being I’ll I started to feel it weighing down on me. No makeup or styled hair for an ig post, just a quick run down to the gym and 30 minutes of moving my body around, was enough to do the trick.

I left feeling motivated enough to come home finish my film assignment, clean the house and order groceries 🤓

Also, life & work is in the middle of a transition (per usual) but massage content will be returning soon… part of the job description ya know!
