Last night race footage at KENNEDALE SPEEDWAY PARK for the McCann race team. 03/02

We made it to B Main and on my 3rd lap ran into issues with the bars.
This was our second night with our new 410 SCOTT BAYLOR motor. The motor still runs like a dream, Kennedale is a track Dylan is very comfortable and familiar with but unfortunately the car just kept digging into the track.
Dylan tried his best to maneuver with the car digging in on him, the result was the car the launching up in the air.
Result: Broken chassis. Luckily our engine is still instact and Dylan is only hurt with some bruises 🙏
This week we’ll be tearing the car and seeing if we can get our other car ready to go.

It’s times like these where you remember the beast of a car you are taming. This was the first big accident for us, and while it was startling, it’s the learning of lessons as well. We will only be improving and learning and getting Dylan some more seat time.

Thank you for the action shot. Last night was our first time with our new 410 SCOTT BAYLOR motor. This car has some serious horse power, and it was a hell of a time taming this beast. This was our first race of the season, and what a way to kick off.
