After a bit of a hiatus from teaching, I am back!

I am offering workshops for teams and would like to do a series of foundational workshops around New England based on blending movement, fluidity, unpredictability, anticipation and paintball theory together.

Current Options ~ A La Carte

- The Foundation: a fundamentals oriented workshop toward creating a strong foundation for your professional presence to emerge onto.

- Khundalini (Snake Mastery): Khundalini is the ancient serpent energy that rises up the spine to protect and give way to wisdom for that individual. So it is this workshop will help you give rise to your intelligence on the snake side of the field. From a foundation of good movement practices to effecticombinations , debunking

- Trigonometry (Dorito Mastery): We will work from a long study of how the masters of the Doritos have been making it look easy for years. We will break down their patterns, their movement, their gun skills and communication and find fluidity and ability one step at a time. This is an immersive workshop where every repetition will help you embody a working knowledge of how these guys efficiently and effectively progress down the field maintaining control of what's in front of them, eliminating what's elsewhere, and close with precision...Staying alive throughout the process.'

I first went pro playing this side of the field and it's been my long time study and joy to bring to life the frameworks and inspiration the best in the world on this side of the field have uncovered.

Bandha (Locking off the field, capitalizing on advantage): We will work from the ever important ability to "Lock" or "Ice" sections of the field off.

Kill one otb? How do you make sure to shoot the fill? Just shot the lead guy off the Doritos? How do you make sure the 2 guy doesn't come barreling down reversing any advantage you just gained?

This is one of the most important skills in the game and why I built a workshop specifically for locking off fills, denying the counterpunch, and an all around anaconda like hold of areas of the field you already gained advantage of.

Bandha is a yogic term for a "lock" and it's how you lock energy in a certain way to achieve great results. We will do the same in this workshop using our guns, communication, eyes, body position, paint, anticipation and movement to lock off areas of the field to our advantage, anticipating and being one step ahead of any counter attacks your opponents throw, rendering them useless.

As I always say, "the fill" is the easiest kill in paintball. If you anticipate it, are disciplined and maintain patience it will come and you will get him. It's a matter of necessity, he has to go, and predictability is the agent of elimination in the game of paintball. Know what he is going to do, beat him there with a well crafted stream of paint/or even a single shot, and that elimination will come.

Team Workshops ~ Semi Dedicated Mentorship

Packages of 3 workshops (1/month) can be custom created for any team. We can work on both individual and team dynamics that create better cohesion, communication and confidence in any match against any opponent.

Disclaimer: I am no master, I have simply, studied, trained with, played against and taught these skills.

I have embodied a small degree and have expressed even less at the highest level (pro).

I have however organized it well and have successfully taught many styles and shapes of individual and team these skills.

That perspective allows me to be highly
effective at transmitting the path of rapid paintball progression.

I wanted to make that clear. I do not consider myself a master.

I am a mediocre paintball player, a pretty good mover and an evolving teacher with a passion for passing on what it took me years of struggle to find.
