1 on 1 basketball training for high school aged student athletes. My goal is to present an atmosphere of dedication to the game.
Three variations of the running pump fake, most times called the Rondo drill.
We call it the LeBron drill, because it's designed to be used on defenders that love the chase down block. Get them in the air with the fake, then finish as they fly past you.

It was a great summer with basketball returning full force.
Now, onto school ball!
Coach walking us through the size up drill without the hesi at the final cone. Footwork in tandem with ball placement and forward motion allows you to "rock" your defender to sleep, before exploding past them while they are on their heels.
Fixing the base of this jump shot was a big hurdle for this competitor. Through repeated, consistent motion that step through from the first jump shot started to disappear day by day.
