Congratulation's to Blayne Peterman on winning the November Month-Long championship catfish tournament and becoming Angler of the Year. Winning $325 and the AOY buckle. Thank you to all the anglers that participated in these tournament all year. Next years month-long tournaments will start on January 1st.

We are heading west in 2026. We will be starting a new tournament series in the Big Country region of west Texas. We will be kicking off this series at Lake Brownwood in April.

PKA memberships are now available for 2026 on the FishingChaos app. We will once again be doing our month-long online catfish tournaments and the North Texas Kayak Catfishing in-person tournament series. New to 2026 we will be hosting a Winter Blues tournament in January on Lake Worth, TX and adding a series in west Texas around the Abilene area. We will also be doing a few 72hr online catfish tournaments as well.

There are 2 membership types.

Pro Angler $15
This membership allows you to fish in the online tournaments only.

Elite Angler $25
This membership allows you to fish in the online and in-person tournament.

With only a few hours to go in the Month-long catfish series it looks like our top 5 for the championship tournament are set. We will have Blayne Peterman OH, Douglas Stinnett TN, Matt Stewart OH, Joshua Bunch TX, and Jayson Fuentes TX. These 5 anglers will compete through out the month of November to see who takes home the AOY Belt Buckle. The October Month-Long tournament had 5 fish over 40" with all anglers putting up good numbers. Good luck to the anglers that will be competing in November.

Our post-tournament meet-ups both Saturday and Sunday will be at Chow Camp. Chow camp has some great food truck in an awesome outdoor environment. Come join us as we gather following our tournaments. We will be there around 330pm Saturday and 1230pm Sunday
