My answer , I have a goal & dream I am chasing... you have to dig deep with in your self and find your motivation, yes fitness meals pretty much suck ass, but that's what moderation is and cheat meals are for....

Why do I workout so much?
My answer bc I love this s**t, and lifting is my escape from the craziness of the world ...

Didn't quite place where I wanted, but in my heart I'm a winner ,regardless of the out come... it takes a lot to prep for a show... and takes guts that most don't have to step out on to a stage in a little bikini showing off months and months of hard work... now I'm in off season... it's growing time yo! But still counting my macros... No time to get FAT... Future goals is to compete in both figure & physique... I have my shows picked for next season and I am gonna bring down the fkin house... proud yet never satisfied....

Going into peak week w ah smile on my face, why u ask? Ummmm because I still have 6 days to grind ( lift & car-dio) 1 day of Car-dio, and then it's and this package w a week out is better than my first show stage package!
