2 Corinthians 4:16 says, Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly, we are being renewed day by day.
There is no magic pill to prevent aging, but Scripture paired with yoga is about as close as you can get.
Take the pill of faith and believe Jesus is renewing you every breath-filled moment on the mat.
Breathe in His Word and believe wholeheartedly in its internal transformation.
Inhale: God is
Exhale: Renewing me

I’m blessed to teach Christian Yoga to for the upper and lower campuses.
We have two after-school programs at CTC for grades 4-6, and registration is taking place now for current students.
Here is the class description:
“Each class is scripturally based, introducing a scripture for the week. Each class will have exercise science/kinesiology-based movement that can help children with stress, anxiety, athletic performance, strength, balance, and flexibility. We learn how to breathe in God’s word as a tool to focus on truth, increase focus, and calm the body.”
I believe using God’s word, combined with the benefits of an athletic-based yoga practice, is highly beneficial for today’s youth. I’ve worked with kids for years, and witness the miracles first hand.
I look forward to partnering with SCS families to bring the light of Christ to our school via Christian yoga!

The has released its top fitness trends for 2024.
#4 was brand new. “Age-related workouts.”
Ya’ll, this is what I do. In my fitness classes, I cater to women 40 and up because the needs of your body change as you age.
And so should your workout.
In my +40 Fitness class, I target:
-Balance (the first thing that goes with age)
-Strength Training (for strong bones)
-Core Work (to enhance and keep balance abs have a healthy spine)
-Cardiovascular Endurance (for a fit heart)
-Muscular Toning (to keep the body lean and strong)
I would love for you to join our Christian fitness classes and work like your body needs as it ages.
Note that age-related workouts are not easy but specific to what is vital for you at this stage in life.
Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome.
Classes are almost filling quickly.
We begin on January 3!
