🌟Member Spotlight🌟

At 60 years old, Patti stepped on a bodybuilding stage for the very first time in the figure category and absolutely CRUSHED it!

After two years of hard work with CERA trainer Abdul and nutrition coach Steve, Patti earned:
đŸ„‡1st - Masters
đŸ„‡1st - Novice B
đŸ„‡1st - Open C
đŸ„ˆ2nd - True Novice

What makes this even more inspiring? She wasn’t consistently working out before starting this journey. Now, people touring the gym are mistaking her for one of our trainers!

We are so proud of her and this incredible accomplishment, and we are thrilled to be part of the journey!

But we also have:
✅ high fives during the game
✅ laughs in the studio
✅ classmates who turn into friends
✅ a whole lot of “see you next week”

CERA isn’t just a place you go. It’s a place you belong.

Come see what we’re all about.

Gym Etiquette Series, Week 6: Share the Space

We love a good game of Tetris
just not when we’re trying to stretch. 😅

Setting up camp in the middle of the space with all the equipment? Bold move. Meanwhile, if you’ve pushed someone in the corner, it’s time to scale it down.

Please be mindful of others and remember this is a shared space, not your living room. 😉

Gym Etiquette Series, Week 5: Loud Doesn’t Mean Strong

We love a good lift, but when it sounds like a construction site, we have a problem.

Slamming weights might feel powerful, but it’s not impressive (it’s just loud). What IS impressive? Controlling the weight up AND down.

Let’s keep the clanking to a minimum - your workout shouldn’t scare the room.

Gym Etiquette Series, Week 4: We Don’t Share Sweat Here

We love that you’re here, but your sweat, sneezes, and that mysterious puddle? Not so much.

Do your part and wipe down equipment after you use it. And if you’re sick, take a rest day. Let’s keep it clean around here, people.

Gym Etiquette Series, Week 3: It’s a Bench Press, Not a Lounger

We love when our members want to stick around
just don’t be a machine hog.

Please be mindful of others waiting to use the equipment.

Our pottery studio recently held their 2026 Clay Olympics, and it was a blast. Members competed in events like trivia, one-handed wheel throwing, blindfolded throwing, tallest cylinder, and more.

Congratulations to the members who qualified for the upcoming Clay Wars in Arlington: Benji Amsden, Kay Bernier, & Kelsey Hoffman!
