What started as a slip up at MNO about planning our elopement quickly turned into something so much more special. These amazing FIT4MOM Fort Worth moms completely surprised me by planning the sweetest bachelorette dinner, and I’m still overwhelmed by the love and support. 🤍

One of the most beautiful things about this community is that it becomes so much more than just a workout group. You find your village. You find women who show up for you through every stage of life; motherhood, milestones, celebrations, hard seasons, and everything in between.

As the owner of FIT4MOM Fort Worth, I’m endlessly thankful for the friendships, love, and community that has been built here. Thank you for celebrating with me, supporting me, and reminding me why this village is so special. I love you all so much. 🤍🥹

Summer break is here and we’re so excited to welcome your big kids along for class fun ☀️💪

As a reminder, for everyone’s safety during Stroller Strides, Strides 360 & Stroller Barre:
• Littles must remain safely buckled in their stroller or worn in a carrier throughout class
• We work hard to keep kiddos engaged so class is fun for moms and kids alike
• School-aged kiddos (Kindergarten+) are welcome to join this summer! They may play in the Tin House area or off to the side, but must remain within 15 feet of class and under parent supervision at all times

Starting Tuesday, May 26, all classes will move to our new 9:00 AM start time to help us beat the summer heat and keep our workouts a little cooler for moms and littles! 💪😎

We will also be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, as we honor and remember those who served. 🇺🇸

Set those alarms a little earlier and we’ll see you bright and early at 9 AM!
