OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM BC APPAREL
To our valued customers and supporters,
At BC Apparel, we take pride in operating our business with honesty, integrity, and transparency. Unfortunately, we feel it is necessary to address a serious matter that has recently come to our attention.
Through a recent internal review, we have discovered financial discrepancies involving Andrew Cisco, who has represented our company over the past 12 months. Our findings indicate that more than $25,000 was collected and not turned over properly to BC Apparel within the last 10 months.
Rather than following established company protocols for submitting customer payments and processing orders, Andrew allegedly retained payments while assuring our company that the funds and orders had been submitted through the appropriate channels.
We understand that this situation may raise concerns for customers who have placed orders through Andrew, and we want to reassure you that our priority is protecting our customers, reviewing outstanding orders, and resolving any issues that may have resulted from this situation.
If you currently have an outstanding order, have made a payment, or have any questions regarding an order placed through Andrew Cisco, please contact the BC Apparel business page directly or reach out to Hunter Steel or Page Cardona. We ask that you provide any available order information or payment confirmation so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
We are taking this matter extremely seriously and are working to address the financial discrepancies and ensure that proper procedures are followed moving forward.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time BC Apparel has faced a similar situation. Several years ago, we experienced an issue involving a former representative who now represents another apparel company.
BC Apparel has retained legal counsel and will be addressing both matters through the appropriate legal channels. We are committed to protecting our business, our customers, and the reputation we have worked hard to build.
At this time, we will not be commenting further on either situation.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, confusion, or frustration this situation may cause. We appreciate the continued trust and support of every customer, team, and organization that chooses to do business with us.
