Due to the recent restrictions that have been put into place, we will have to postpone this year’s competition. As a community event, we want to reschedule so the the whole community can participate!
If your team has already registered, you have a couple of options:
1. Full refund.
2. Do nothing and continue to reserve spot for the rescheduled event.

Here is the WOD in a little more detail:
Wod 2 “Conga Line”
Weightlifting/rowing
Teams of 2 girls complete WOD first, then guys will go
10 stations of a weightlifting ladders (1 min per station)
Followed by a 1k row for guys or 800 Meter row for girls (4 min hard cap)
At each weightlifting station you earn a set amount of points depending on your choice of lift at that weight.
Clean & Jerk = 1 point
Sn**ch = 2 points
OH squat = 3 points
Both athletes only have 1 min per station before moving to the next station. If you clean and jerk then fail on the OH squat, you will receive 1 point. If you sn**ch then fail on the OH squat, you will receive 2 points.
The 1k row is one person working at a time, but the work can be shared however you like. Each partner must complete AT LEAST 100m.
Score is all team members points combined minus any incomplete meters on the row.
