FW Thunder Fastpitch

Congrats to Big Thunder as diamond bracket finalists! This team started their 12U year as the young squad on the block but finished out the season still punching up against bigger, older teams. We got to watch them blend as a team over the season and got to witness their technical skills grow along with their softball IQ and love for the game. We are extremely proud of each and every one of them! Way to finish this season strong ladies!

Shoutout to one of our newest team members and all-around utility player, Claire Barton.

Claire's bat was on fire all weekend batting .583 and driving in a whopping 11 RBIs to push her team to the championship.

10U balled out but came up short by 1 run in the championship game after battling close games in the heat all weekend. They close out their 10U careers with a 62-32-1 record but stats don’t show everything. These girls are DAWGS. Back them in a corner and they will keep biting. They might be down at times but they are never out until the last pitch. And that’s what is special about this team. GRIT. That’s why they make us proud.

We close out the season with one final tournament at the 12U level. Time to level up and start punching up.
