I was honored to be invited to Career Day at IES! I had the pleasure of teaching kindergartners how yoga:

💪🏼 makes our bodies strong
🧠 helps our brains focus
🫀 supports our hearts feeling happy

We compared chaos to calm, talked about how important it is to listen to your body, and learned that we each have a magic tool inside of us that we can use anytime, anywhere - our breath! - to help us feel better. 😮‍💨

WheelCraft Studio | A Creative Community Explore art classes, workshops, and studio memberships for 2D artists and potters at WheelCraft Studio in North Fort Worth / Alliance, TX. Join us to develop your creativity and connect with fellow creatives.

Art + Movement is moving to FRIDAYS! We can’t wait to keep this class going and make it more convenient for the homeschool community and no-school days!

We are moving and making all kinds of fun things on Fridays at WheelCraft Studio! Bring your kids for 30 minutes of yoga with Allie, a certified children's yoga instructor, and 30 minutes of art with Megan!

We meet one our per week for 9 weeks from March 27-May 22
